Hi, my Beoplay A8 has stopped showing among wireless device list, although I still see it on my home network and can access its configuration page from PC with LAN cable unplugged from Beoplay. That means that the hardware is OK and I'm experiencing some software issue. I’ve tried reset, but that didn’t help, so I thought I update the device firmware.
I've opened from 1 to 10000 ports to the Beoplay local IP address, but every time I tried updating firmware through configuration page, Beoplay starts blinking with its front indicator, but after like 5 seconds it stops and lights up with solid white light. Solid white should indicate successful update, but after I open configuration page again I see, that nothing has changed. I still see the same firmware version and date v3.0.5; 2012-11-21.
Is the update server with this device firmware still running and whats the current software version on Beoplay A8?
