I translated the description, and they even state 'Really fancy the thing'.
I don't know about fancy, I would just say 'very refined'.
At least the glass wouldn't show up fingerprints.
The 10 people bidding will have a bidding war on their hands for something so rare and unique.
It will be a very collectible if it is a genuine factory issue.
The description says that it was originally black, has been painted white and some foil has been attached to the glass doors.
I personally find it ugly.

I don't find it beautiful either - looks unoriginal but well cared for.
Vinyl records, cassettes, open reel, valve amplifiers and film photography.
As an answer to the OPs question;No, this is a standard unit, presumably painted over and covered in foil in an attempt to hide whatever it is supposed to hide.
Not to my liking either, to be honest.

I don't understand why anyone would do this to a nice BeoSound 2300. Was he trying to fit it into his gaggenau-kitchen or something?
