How can you improve the resolution of the Album covers on the Moment/BeoMusic. All my covers are embedded on my NAS drive - but the Moment/BeoMusic seems to present them as jaggy images - as though they have been upscaled rather than downscaled.
Any ideas?

My WDMyCloud NAS drive seems to downsize the artwork to 200x200. I believe you can access the TwonkyServer settings to change the this behaviour but this is fairly advanced stuff...
So would the 500x500 limit also apply to a BeoMaster5 running twonkyserver?
I have now connected my BeoMaster 5 to the Moment and all the album cover resolution issues disappeared. Clearly this is a NAS drive issue. My WDMyCloud is supplying the Moment with 200x200 thumbnails. Perhaps it would be good if other Moment users could post on whether their NAS drive gives correctly sized cover artwork. This is especially important for the BeoMusic app.
Here is my answer from the aforementioned thread, works with any Sinology NAS :
The solution is simple, but can be long to find In the thousands of parameters of the Synology :
Open media server
click the DMA compatibility tab
at the bottom, click on Device list
find your Encore (you must know it's IP address, I hope it's fixed...
instead of Default Profile, choose Default profile with Original covers
save
its done

I am now tearing my hair out...Beomaster5 seems to be switching itself off - never did this when connected to the BS5. I reverted to the WDMyCloud but no matter how I try I cannot resolve the artwork issue. I also get random Artist images appearing on my Artist list that are not part of my collection, and some of the Artist artwork is wrong. Can anyone recommend a NAS drive that is solid, reliable, can scale the artwork correctly, and not go offline.
