Hi, I was wondering if it is ok to leave to BL12 plugged permanently in to a power source?

I suppose it's fine for laptops etc.  But is it ok?

Thanks

Isn't there a general view that you increase battery life by discharging and recharging, but that you will decrease battery life by leaving it on charge?

Remove the battery?

if they run lithium ion batteries then you should cycle the battery.

http://batteryuniversity.com/learn/article/how_to_prolong_lithium_based_batteries.

saying that and one who should no better I don't, I just find it an annoying pain to connect and disconnect the power lead and the UK 3 pin plug puts up a good fight not going into the cubby hole.

we tend to forget there is more to design than designing.
