Hi

I just reassembled a Beovision 5 that was not working at all

So when plugged in you hear the unit clicking on then after a few seconds you hear a clicking sound again.

No response to the beo 4 and the red led light is on and of course stays on....

Any help of where to start will be appreciated.

Short-circuit the relay (60RL1) on PCB 60.

Thank you HardCopy for your help

PCB 60 exchanged from a working unit, same problem

Red led on but no power to the plasma monitor. I even haven seen while the set is left pluged in the outlet, the fans start turning and going off right away with the relays clicking.

PCB 60 mains distribution

PCB 4 Main power supply

Moved to a working unit and they are both fine.

Problem must be somewhere else but not in the power supply that is for shure.

As this is a lot of work to change cards from one to another any help will be appreciated.

By accident the mains switch on the front of the panel switched off? During startup the chassis communicates with the panel. Without that communication, the chassis will not start (as far as I can remember)
