Hello all

Just came home from holiday and checked for firmware updates. I seem to be getting a message saying invalid credentials.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I have sent them a email.

I just tried to submit a service report and it fails to connect to beoportal also

Seems the device cannot connect back to where ever it connected too before.

Looks like a problem at their end then, I'm sure it will be up and running soon.

Hi all

After a email to and from Beocare they have resolved the issue, they had a problem with the server.

The update now reports already updated rather than invalid.
