Received a Beomaster 1100 tuner/amp (1975 model) with speakers and turntable as gift.

Two questions :

* Unit is not switching on, will the reason be the power supply transformer ? If possible is this part universally available ? Is it easy to install.

* I want to use the turntable with my Yamaha RX A3030 tuner, is there a conversion plug available

Welcome to Beoworld,

it could be any one or more of many issues.  Faulty switch, fuse, other internal compoinent failure.  Any vintage equipment of this age really needs a good service, capacitor replacement, potentiometer replacement or repair, adjustments made, lubrication where necessary etc.

For any cables to connect B&O equipment to anything, contact Steve at 'Sounds Heavenly'.  He can make whatever you want, free shipping and full money back guarantee.  You didn't say which TT you have, or speakers?

Dave.
