Picture issue avant 55"

I have noticed how the picture starts to skip intermittently on my avant 55. It has done so from time to time and is more visible in some films. It's very apparent over HDMI sources and I believe the issue is the TV CPU.

If I turn the vibration(it's called that in Swedish) off then the picture remains solid at the right frame rate. If I turn the feature to adaptive or full it will move from perhaps 100 frames per second to perhaps 10 frames per second in intervals. It's extremely annoying.

I notice this very easily with the movie the hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy in 1080p over HDMI.
