I can't figure out how to get the original plastic baffles out for the two woofers and the tweeter on the C75. I took the back cover off, and removed the drive units. Are they glued with something that will soften with heat? Any advice on how to remote them?

For background, I want to remove them because I recently picked up a pair of C75 speakers with shot woofer surrounds and one dead tweeter, but cabinets in very nice shape. They're beautiful little speakers, and I think they'd be perfect for a "restomod" approach as nearfield monitors for my wife's desk. Drive units have gotten much much better since these came out, and a DIY speakerbuilder in 2015 has far more advanced tools (crossover modeling, acoustic measurement) at her/his disposal than the best engineers at B&O did in the 1970s. My intended drivers' mounting flanges are close in size, but not exactly the same, so I want to replace the existing baffles.

(NOTE: I'm not asking about the advisability of my project. I understand the impulse to keep things original, but I've already decided to hack these up. Smile I'm a reasonably experienced DIY speaker builder, and I know how to use models, acoustic measurements, and critical listening to reach my goals.)
