V1-40 finally installed, just a few issues

If you are asking for my opinion Michael I would use your common sense as you have done, check the mountings and if it appears solid then don't worry until you are advised exactly what the problem is and then check that component(s) - I recall the same thing happened with the BV10 at launch when a couple dropped off onto Dealers feet, maybe that is just hearsay.

Thanks, it calmed me a bit :). The bracket is made up of several components. The metal rods that hinges in to the TV is fastened inside cylindrical plastic pieces. I guess this might be the issue.

The stand itself is not solid metal but two or three parts that are put together somehow so that there is no seams around the metal rods on the stand.

The rod on the stand is not moving like the two that goes into the tv, they are actually three separate pieces also :).
