Hi,

in the process of decorating our new house and I am considering adding a center speaker to the TV in our to-be living room. For left and right we will have Beolab 4000s and style-wise it would be best to have another pair as center speakers (especially as the TV, Panasonic VT50 also has chrome trim).

I know the Beolab 7-4 is superb vs the Beolab 4000s and you can also get one at very reasonable prices. However, I do not like that it sticks out so long so I am wondering if it can be mounted in the wall without losing to much sound quality?

It has been discussed here before. I remember one thread with pictures, but I only find this with a quick search.
