Just aquired a nice BC9500, the tape didn't work and the doors was very slow and sometimes did'nt go all the way, these things I have now fixed, tape got a new "detect tape is running belt" the other belts were fine, so now that works, doors have been cleaned and lubricated, works fine now..
So now what is missing, is the CD player..
When inserting a disc and press "CD", the laser turns on and moves to the innermost position, but then the CD just spins up and up and up... and whoaaa that can go fast :)
There is no trying to read the disc or anything... it just keeps on spining faster and faster..
Could this problem be caused by the infamous C2103 capasitor ? Or is this something else ? The rest of the BC9500 works without problems..

Your problem is on the CD Decoder board. This is board 31 in the service manual.
I never worked out how to fix it during my time as a dealer.
I bought known working but cosmetically challenged examples of the less popular Beocenters and transplanted the whole board.
The boards from Beocenter 8500 and 16 bit 9000 and several others are identical iirc. Check with others please as due to ill health, my memory is not good!

You might want to check the low Ohm resistors (with the exclamation mark in the manual) on PCB30. As well as the transistors on that PCB (or the motor control board just above (PCB96?)).
I recall also having seen once or twice having bad components in the dedicated power supply on PCB31. Measure the voltages, especially + and - 9V.
I thought in my unit the transistor in the -9V was gone and that does strange things to the disc motor.

Both transistors measure ok with my multimeter in diode test, the 2 10 ohms resistors looks like they have been warm, and measure 8.2 and 12.6 ohms.
5V and -6V and 9,5V are ok
But -9.5V measures 7,5 ? So it could look like I have the same -9V problem as you.
Is it the 6314 transistor you changed, it seems to be a BC818-16 SMD transistor ?
I have replaced one of the SMD transistors in the CD power supply lines on my Beocenter 8000 as well. Can't remember which one it was though. The BC had multiple CD problems and whirring away like crazy was one of them.
The two 10 ohm resistors are safety components, designed to burn if there is an overload problem on the motor control circuit. I had to replace them and some of the drive transistors as well.

Ok, So I solved it :) Weeee
Changed transistor 6314 (-9V) on PCB31, the two 10ohms resistors and BC338-25 on PCB30..
Both 338 and 328 measured fine, but since the 10ohms resistor that was in juction with 338 had signs of severe heat, then I figured that 338 might be a good one to change also..
And viola... now the CD plays fine again..
Thank you vey much guys, for all your input.. Just shows that with the right people around you, and parts for approx 10 euro, then everything can be fixed :)
