Hi.

I'm dreaming of replacing the units in my Beovox 1800, Type 6231 speakers.

However, I only have the sales specifikaitons, and need specs on the units and the crossover.

Maybe some of you fellow "B&O-nerds" - have them.

Beovox 1800 is not a too common speaker. Some people would find it a shame not to keep it original, including myself.
Having said that, the drivers used in the Beovox 1800 were actually some of the
better ones available at the time. The dome tweeter is a Philips (who actually produced some great drivers
back then) and the mid/woofer was imported from Celestion, no less, and produced to B&Os specs to suit
the slim cabinet.
If your speakers sound dull, the most likely culprits are aging capacitors.
