Hello there

I have changed my wifi on my home network.

The soundheart is still working fine but the Jukebox has a flashing wifi sign.

I have taken the setup cover off but the tablet does not connect. How do I change its password ?

I have also tried the pin reset.

Hi Seanie_230,

take of the plate, then press the wifi button on the back for several seconds. Some times later the Soundheart will show the setup-mode. Do the setup for the Network again (choose your new WLAN and type in your password) afterwards it should be working again, if not just do a Pin-reset on both! Devices ( for about 15 seconds again) wait until the Sounheart did a complete start (white light on the back) before connecting/starting the Jukbox with Soundheart

worked for me on several ocassion. Don't use a SID (Name of your WLAN) with special characters or spaces. It will not work, because B&O restricted this, because they want to avoid trouble with different keyboards, languages, symbols (chinese...). The Soundheart will connect, but the Jukebox won't.

Cheers Beroli

Hi there

All Sorted, thank you

the instructions on the moment said remove cable and press network button nothing about holding down the button for a few seconds.

Once i followed your instructions I connected it to my New WI-FI and plugged back in the Ethernet cable and away we go.

thank you
