My setup:
This is what happened:
TuneIN was playing from Moment over one of the link speakers, and had done so for several hours.
Suddenly the sound stopped, and a like a minute later came back. This repeated a few times, and then the sound was gone. Link speaker was still active (green light on BL2000).
This is what I tried:
Turned BL2000 off and on again. No luck.
Checked the BeoMusic app. It indicated that TuneIN was still playing from the Moment.
Long press on/off button on Beoremote One to put everything on standby.
Went to mainroom and started TV on BV11. Picture came on, but no sound. I could change sound level (volume shown on screen) but no sound. Tried to activate other speaker groups, but BL3 stayed on standby.
Removed power from all units in the system, and after a few minutes started everything again.
Everything back to normal.
Anyone experienced something similar?
I have had this situation once before. I will report this to B&O.

Welcome to the frustrations of the Beomusic app and streaming. I'm having problems with the Essence and the Beomusic app at the moment (see thread 'What the hell has happened to my Essence). I don't know if B&O are just not keeping up with the technology, are over-reaching themselves with it or what?
I hope you can fix it or that B&O can as these experiences are completely ruining my B&O ownership at the moment. I want things to operate as they should, not just look good.
Dave.
Dear Hiort,
Its the BCL.
In scrolling the log on the BCL page you will find suddenly some lines where the date of event suddenly shows something like October of the year 2000, or another strange date.
The line with the strange date reverts (in my BCL) to a problem with DNS.
If you see something unusual in the dates, please send the log to Beocare as I did.
My solution was: If it happens again don't touch anything, just remove the power from the converter and start the converter again. It must be working again.

Thanks,
I also have the BLC as the suspect in this case. I will extract the log file for B&O to review.
Good advise to just power down the BLC next time, to narrow down on the problem.
Thanks again.
Wonderful, glad that I could help. We got multiroom from B&O and also a new bug.

Do you have or have you in the past had a ML audio master or video master?
Yes. I had a BV10 and a Beocenter 2. I feed ML with current from a Beolink Converter Type 1611.
Will be replaced by the new "ML Power box" soon.
