Hello all when playing music on my v1 over NL it works perfectly.

Annoying point is that the screen keeps turning blank after a few mins and I like to see what is playing.

I'm sure I turned off Eco thing but it still does it

Any advice :)

Hi Seanie

Go to your V1 and "Join" to start music playing from your Moment.

Press menu to show your Source list.

Highlight the source that is playing and press "RED" to access the set up menu.

Select ADVANCED SETTINGS

Select PICTURE OFF. From here you can choose: TIMEOUT, ALWAYS or NEVER.

Press middle of star button to store.

This setting only applies for this source.

In case it does not turn up, could you repeat, what you wrote....

....in a more 'moderator-friendly' way ;-)))))

I am intrigued as to how to not trigger the need for moderation. I simply typed out a step by step sequence of how to solve the problem. There was no ambiguity or dubious words. If I type it all again, I don't know how to get around the moderation issue.

Hopefully it will appear in due course.

Hi MM

As requested I posted here again and it didn't appear. I have also started a new thread with the explanation but this is now also pending moderation. Suddenly after all these years I appear to be deemed unsuitable.

I bet Apple woouldn't treat me like this ha ha. Takes out pin and retires to a safe distance. Whistle

Interesting subject, I wonder what is the difference on the V1 between the setting 'always' and if you do 'p.mute' on your list.

With 'p.mute' the curtain closes, is the screen in this case completely off or is it just a beauty detail to view. Are in both cases the screen completely off-powered, or is it just the lamp off-powered what seems to happen immediately if you use the setting 'always' in the menu.

Asked this question on the other thread, but its waiting approval from a moderator Sad
