BL8000 MK I + BL11 vs BL18

All,

Has anyone compared BL8000 MK I + BL11 against a BeoLab 18?

There's a toddler of 15months and a cat in the house... and the fabric and led light is an attraction to both of them. So at this point the BeoLab 18 seems more robust against baby fingers and cat claws but I don't have a clue regarding how they compare to each other sound wise

I can't make the comparison directly I'm afraid but what I can say is that the sound from the BL18 is fantastic in my opinion. I was considering adding a BL11 to BL3s about a year ago but went for the BL18s instead after some advice on this forum and listening in-store. Plenty of bass and very bright and punchy sound. I'm sure you wouldn't be disappointed.
