My Beosound Century has stopped responding to its remote functions after a power failure. I have tried Sound-1-Store and Soud-0-Store settings but no luck. The unit otherwise works fine. My Beo4 remote also works fine with other kit.

Any ideas?

Have you tried unplugging it for a while and then plugging it in again?

Dave.

Yes, I left it unplugged for a few hours. After plugging in no change.

Replace the capacitors on IR receive board. Have seen a few with this problem.

Thanks. Does anybody have a picture of this board so that I can recognize it when I take it apart?

No picture, but it's under the right hand speaker cover, a small board mounted vertically (if century laying on it's back) with a square black photodiode on the front.
