Hello folks, 2nd post here :-)  (First one where I introduced myself is still being moderated..)

Our room has several sidelights all wired to be controlled by one main dimmer switch at the doorway. I am presuming LC2 can replace this?

Sorry, I have searched but not found..and I want to be safe not sorry!

Cheers, Johnny

Welcome to Beoworld Johnny.

have you read the products page regarding the LC2?  It explains its limitations with differring bulb types which may affect you;

I can't be any more help than that I'm afraid as I don't use one.

Dave.

Thanks, I had seen reference to that in my search. I wonder what the issue is for low voltage bulbs and LC2?

So I guess the fact that normal voltage filament bulbs will soon be no longer available means that LC2 is soon to be obsolete..Sad

Indeed.

This might be better, appears to be happy with halogen.
