Beolab 2 switches off after 1 second

Hi all,

I just re-connected up my Beolabs and the Beolab 2 after months of storage, and it only allows everything to turn green for one second, then it dies out. Only allowing it to happen after the power has been switched off at the wall socket. Every thing works fine when the beolab 2's "IN" powerlink is bypassed.

Does anyone have a similar experience or any idea what the fix could entail? I'm suspecting the power supply, seems it is a very old sub and it was left disconnected for 3 months
