Hi all,
i have a beosound5 with the beomaster 5
i recently bought a qnap ts-251.
i have around 1.3 TB music in flac files
36 hours ago i started the twonky and i guess it is still working the problem is i can see loads of my music on the beosound but it is still missing a lot of albums
but i can see all the music on twonky web interface
does anyone how long time it will take for the indexing and mots(i forgot to deactivate the mots)
do i have to do another rescan of the library to get it on the beosound or just sit back and wait
cheers
Michael
It takes a long time michael.
Give it a couple of days more
ok so i shall not be worried that is does not show all my music right now ?
on my samsung smart TV i can see all the music and just did a little test i can play music from there without no problem
Cheers
the last few days i have been talking with some B&O technician and according to them it should be possible to have between 50,000-70,000 after reaching 50,000 you can reach some problems
the thing is it is testet with mp3 320 and all my files are flac i reach around 16000 and then problems appear no cover (just checked the Covers and they are 600x600)
have many flac files do you have on your nas ? does anyone in here have more than 40000 flac files on a nas with covers
My nas is Qnap ts-251 using twonky i have 2X3 TB hd in it and the beomaster is connected via a gigabit switch
Have you tried the things i told you?
Remove cover with mp3tag - with dbpoweramp convert to wav - with dbpoweramp convert wav to flac again.
Then Tagcover again with mp3tag
I have 21000 flacfiles,no problems had all
i tried
but the mp3 tag only found about 1400 directories and have around the 3300 directories
when i tried to convert with Dbpoweramp i ran out of space and it ripped without subfolder just to one dir
can't seem to find in dpboweramp where to set it to include subfolder
Every album/CD you must tag seperatly.
ok i will try that
