Hello beoteam

Today there was an update for Phillips hue.

I did this and now my BLGW shows its red and not connected.

Any idea how this can be fixed.

I tried to add a new user but failed.

Does something different need to be done?

Hi all

Seems the link is working as the essence commands tell the gateway to switch the lights on and off which is OK but inside the BLGW the Phillips hue icon is red

Did you replace your bridge with the new HomeKit bridge? Absolutely do not get the new bridge yet! It's full of bugs that Hue still needs to iron out. Many people are finding that the HomeKit pairing gets lost and cannot be re-established without doing a factory reset. Best to wait until Philips sorts this out.

Same experience, last week: Hue is blue or red in BLGW but seem to work

Hi Beojeff I have the original Hue bridge but just updated it.

Carolpa I am in the same boat as you, it works fine but shows as if it's not connected.

okay, i bought a old (the round one) bridge without the softwareupdate. now the status feedack in the beolink app works. the hue status in the blgw software is now green.

When first released, the bridge 2.0 had some MAJOR bugs in it. Since then, Philips Hue has done a pretty good job ironing out those bugs. I would suspect that the problem is non on B&O's end. It sounds like B&O needs to update the driver to account for how it handles responses from the new bridge.

A couple of night ago, I started watching a movie in 3D and wanted to dim the light but not turn them completely off. It was nice to just raise my Apple Watch and dim the lights by saying "Hey, Siri. Dim the lights to 25%." It worked!
