Mine won't - it is an old Nokia Phone (believe it or not).
But my iPads seem to 'control' me most of the day ;-)

My cat wouldn't be seen dead in one of these either, although he is happy to wear a harness and lead, although I think this is only because he knows it's an opportunity to make us follow him around, but then, as they say, dogs have owners and cats have staff.
