I am trying to mount an Essence remote into an old Link Eye wall fixture using the SetTop brackets adapter. The adapter fits in the old Link Eye perfectly. But no matter how I try, I can not get the Essence to fit in the adapter. If I take the back off the Essence it will fit in the adapter backwards but then can not connect the Essence Remote to it. Any suggestions or tricks on how to get the Essence to go into the adapter?
Thanks!

I got it installed by removing the back piece of the Essence. This does not seem ideal or how it was intended to be installed. But for now it is on the wall..

Looks good Razlaw.
Do the gallery images help to confirm whether you've installed as intended?

Oh, that looks lovely!
Apparently there is a problem with my adapter and STB will be replacing it. So that should solve the problem.
Razlaw:Sorry for the bad picture and the weird angle that makes the adjacent light switch look crooked.
