OPPO sound configuration with BV7-40

Hi,

For those having an OPPO blu-ray player, how did you configure the sound settings ?

Do you send everything "bitstream" and let the beovision decode the sound, or the other way round ?

So much questions, but i am really not satisfied with the sound provided by BV7 when watching blu-ray, and I cannot beleive this is due to the absence of a center speaker !

The BV7 cant decode DTS HD MA, Dolbu TrueHD, MLP (DVDA), DSD (SACD) therefor if you want to play any of these formats you have to set the HDMI Audio output to LPCM. Then de Oppo will decode these formats.
