Hello,

a few weeks ago the faulty system module in my BV 10-40 (with actual software build 224) was replaced. My dealer told me the new system module is Mk II instead of Mk I before. In service menue it´s shown version 50.06a instaed of 20.06a before.

Since then masterlink doesn´t work correct in some situations. Beocare couldn´t help me and they recommend me to contact my dealer. But my dealer is not able to solve the problem.

Any ideas what to do now?

Regards

Räuber

So because no ideas from you:

In general: If I have a problem and BV 10 is still under warrenty, but either Beocare nor the dealer can solve the problem: Should I contact a lawyer?

How many tries have them made with the TV? I think after three failed fixes or if they are unable to fix it they should only exchange the TV directly to a new one.

Beolab 50, Beolab 8000 x 2, Beolab 4000 x 2,
BeoSound Core, BeoSound 9000, BeoSound Century,
BeoLit 15, BeoPlay A1, BeoPlay P2, BeoPlay H9 3rd Gen, BeoPlay H6, EarSet 3i,
BeoVision Eclipse Gen 2 55", BeoPlay V1-40,
BeoCom 6000 and so much else :)

this depends on how the dealer is acting. I had an issue where neither dealer or his contact at B&O had a solution. It took quite a while until they found it, and they really were building up my setup in their place to reproduce it. For me it was OK as I had the impression they are working hard to fix it.

If you have the impression they just do not take care a lot you should send them a dunning letter with a 3-4 week timeframe to fix until you insist in a new set.
