I am looking for sw 2.1 for BS Overture so that it can be put i ML option 5 as slave. Today my sw is 1.2.

I guess you are already aware that the software update parts are no longer available from B&O.
The upgrade from 1.x to 2.x is a little more tricky to perform than usual as the Ouverture with software 1.x had only one prom socket, so the second chip needs to be soldered. There is a third chip that needs changing too on the masterlink PCB.
I have two Ouvertures at the moment and both are in need of new tape belts. I've just checked and one has s/w v2.1 and the other has v1.4 so I will look to update the software in the v1.4 ouverture at the same time as changing its belt. I'm unlikely to get around to doing it this side of Christmas but if you haven't managed to source a upgrade kit by then I would be happy to burn an extra set of (e)eproms for you when I get around to doing mine.
