Hi everyone,i have recently purchased a Beocom 6000 with pyramid base from Denmark including all the cable and adaptor.I plugged it into my sky filter which is shared with my Sky Broadband and connected the power source,i register the base/phone and phone /base i done all the basis steps which was necessary. when it 's coming to dialling i getting a massage on display LINE IS BUSY  . I checked all the connection i even used another phone to be sure the line is in working order and i connect the phone direct to the phone socket but the same result line is busy. please help

Try a new battery; the one you have might show a full charge but it could be insufficient to send a message to the base station that it is not using the line or to disconnect the line.

I have three and have had a similar problem - a new battery from eBay has solved it for me.

Try it without the router connected or the base station away from the router as the router could cause wireless interference and at worst interference on the phone line making the phone think the phone is off hook?
