Suddenly the Beomusic app is getting slow.

It take some time before it displays the sources. When I e.g choose Moment, I get the spinning symbol before the different sources under Moment are displayed. If I go into e.g. Music I get the spinning symbol before my albums are shown. Same if I select a song,

When I select a song or a TuneIN channel directly on the Moment Jukebox, it also takes time before I see something happening and hear sound.

I assume the Beomusic app communicating directly with all units individually in the network over Wifi.

I did a check on my phone, and it gets some 40 Mb/s over wifi, so it´s not the WIFI.

Anyone else experienced this?

Hi Hiort,

I had the same experiences with the BeoMusic App on several ocassion.

There are different reasons

- BeoMusic-app (cache) on the iPad is spoiled. solution: delete app, download the app again and start the first setup.

- sometimes Deezer is not responding, therefore the App is trying to reconnect the whole time. Solution. Log out from deezer, restart the app Login again.

- same goes for TuneIn

- check your deezer account, how many devices are registered with your account

- your artist tiles are not fully processed, scroll down your artist and wait until all available tiles are there.

- last but not least - close unused Apps on the ipad, restart the ipad

I really do hope, that some of these hints will solve the issue 👏

Cheers Beroli

or go to the iPad setup, scroll to the Beomusic-app and choose to delete the cache

What's the point of proving mobile data access ?

The end points don't have it.

What am I missing/ not understanding?
