Hi all, yesterday I became the owner of my first vintage turntable. The Beogram 1200. I picked it up from an auction. Doesn't look in bad condition but I have not had the opportunity to see if it works yet. I want to strip it down and clean it up regardless of whether it works or not. The only problem is that I have no mechanical or electrical knowledge whatsoever. With that in mind I would be grateful if anyone could give advice on what to clean? What to replace? What dangers to look out for? Would really appreciate it if someone who has restored one of these can give me some advice. Thanks folks, Steve

Collecting Vintage B&O is not a hobby, its a lifestyle.
