Dear,
I have two remote controller beo4 and MCP 6500 in the same room. Is possible to deactiviate my beo4 for the beomaster 7000? I want to use MCP6500 only for my beomaster 7000;
The reason I still need the beo4 in the room is my beosound 9000 need it;
Please help!
Many thanks!
No, this is not possible..
The BS7000 will always react to the Beo4 commands, unless you set the Beomaster in option 0.
It might be possible to change the option on the BS9000 to only react to LINK commands, but then you would need to select LINK on the Beo4 everytime you need to control the BS9000..
Maybe others can help with more info.

If your Beo4's software is a minimum of 5.0 then you can make it a permanent link remote and save having to press LINK every time you command something . Follow the procedure below the make the Beo4 a link remote .
Standby + List together
Press List till CONFIG appears
Enter 2002 , the display should read LINK ON
Press Exit
To revert, repeat the above procedure.
