BV7-55 3D

Hello all

I need some quick help if you can.

When I put a 3D film into the BV7 it comes up with a warning saying that the blue ray drive requires a 3D Display.

As you can imagine I am confused as I have one.

Playing a 3D film in the PS4 works fine but for some reason the 3D telly and blurry player don't seem to recognise each other.

Is the Blu-Ray Player running the current software?

Does it do this on all discs?

I just updated it and it still does it.

I only have two films on disk and both do it.
