hello need help with my b&o beocenter 9500. Today saw a display in upper right hand that said co.de. I reset the code to 1271 but now i do not have sound from my penta towers. They are showing they are connected etc on display but very low volume. Do i need to replace the battery that was discussed in a pr vious string? Thank you

If entering the code did indeed reset the Beocenter and everything else seems to be working OK, then there is no straightforward reason for the speakers to not be working.

Are the Pentas passive or active?  If the former, perhaps there is a mute relay problem in the BeoCenter.  Try pressing mute several times, and you should hear the relay clicking and hopefully the sound will return at its normal volume.

If the Pentas are active, try switching everything off, check all connections and then switch back on and try again.

Also, welcome to the forum! Hopefully we can help!
