BLGW & Nest

Hi all,

Some advice is needed if possible. I currently have NEST set up with my BLGW. I am simply trying to change the temperature and for 2way feedback. However, it worked once or twice to begin with but now the NEST doesn't respond when I ask the Beolink app to increase the temperature. Nor doe the temperature in the app update when I use the Nest manually. 

I have reinstalled the NEST may times but with no success.

Has anyone else had the same issues - I wonder whether the protocol for the devices to communicate isn't solid enough.

Hi Alex,

I don't have a nest stat and I'm still using the older MLGW so this is only an educated guess, but maybe the IP address of the nest has changed? Is it configured with a static IP or configured with an IP reservation in your router?

can you please post a screenshot of the beolink app with the nest thermostat?
