Does anyone know where I can get a PSU/controller board for a Mk2 BS9000? 

I have most parts from a Mk1 that I'd gladly put in part exchange, or happy just to buy outright.

You don't have one at the moment, or is yours defective? If it's defective, then I can repair the board.
