My AC adapter is history. I called B&O retailers and parts suppliers in the US but could not find an adapter. Any suggestions for availability? Thanks, Henry

If the adapter isn't availabe any more an universal power supply and some soldering will be a solution.

As you can see: These things come with a few adapter plugs and the Beocom 6000 AC adapters had a low voltage plug locked into them. You can turn and unlock it and see which plug (diameter etc.) it has. Than you need a small cable with two fitting jacks that connects the universal power supply with the old low power plug of the Beocom 6000 charging base. 5 minutes of soldering.

The universal power supply MUST have the same or better power requirements as the old AC adapter from B&O. The technical data (output voltage and ampere) should be printed on the old AC adapter.
