A new review of the Beolit 15 popped up on AV Forums, so here it is...

I've had no issues with mine whatsoever, but am happy just connecting an IPhone 6 etc. What do you think?

Seems like a pretty good review as far as sound and value for money goes. Their only issues are with the availability of the app on iOS only (at the moment) and the update procedure ( I'm not sure if this is typical on the Beloit 15).
it makes a pleasant change to read a review which appreciates B&Os traditional qualities rather than starting from the point of view of "overpriced".
I've always thought that the sound from the 15 was extremely impressive. Was never quite sure about the colour choices but that was based on pictures. Having seen the colours in real life they look very different and much better than photos ( which is a point the reviewer makes).
I experienced the same problems as described while updating a just bought grey BeoLit 15 (an older one from the 1st models had no updating problems) but unfortunately 2 units had to be replaced as they didn't wake up to life anymore even after 3 days... The 3rd grey one I have now works perfectly but I didn't dare to try an update (I have no dealer close to me anymore and I have to wait for a collect of the unit by a courrier in case of a problem). Beocare suggested me to try to remove the battery for some minutes to fix the problem if it occurs... but I'll use it as it is as I'm very pleased with the sound.
This little box is a beast !
Once again, it seems B&O has a good product that is severely hampered by poor software design. Software is definitely not B&Os strength, at least outside of DSP.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus.
Now available on the website in Black. Looks awesome.
