B&O designed sound System on An HP PAVILION Computer and Dragonfly DAC 1.2 ( DIGITAL to ANALOG CONVERTER)

I have recently purchased 4 HP PAVILION Computers which their sound systems are

designed by B&O. My  computers are all connected to my High End Audio systems

around the house. I have heard and read that a DRAGONFLY DAC 1.2 will make my 

music sound much clearer and better. Is this true considering the sound system

 on THE HP PAVILION is designed by B&O. Please reply.

Hi Ali,

why would you need the USB-DAC?

I don't know exactly (anyone?), what B&O has done with the HP Pavilion, but you would probably bypass, what they have done soundwise, if you use an external DAC?

Best thing would be to try out a setup with and without the USB-DAC.
