DTB Button on Beo 4 no longer activates the tuner after software update on Beovision7-32

Hi there,

.A couple of years ago I had the DVB HD module installed in my Beovision 7.32.I recently downloaded the latest software for the Beovision 7-32 and installed it. However, when I turned on the television I found the DTV button on the remote no longer activates the tuner. When I go to the tuner setupp under the options section of the menu it now says that the DVB T/C can't be found.

Is there a way to reconnect the tuner to the DTV button through the remote control. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have experienced this behaviour on a BV6 26". I think that it might have helped unplugging the mains for a bit, or else I tried the software update one more time and then got it working
