Can anyone tell me how you can see how many video hours etc, a 5-42 has done. There's nothing wrong with it.

Also, what was the Mk1 panel called?

The first generation of panel in a BeoVision 5 was a Panasonic D5.

These panels are bullet-proof. Smile

I wish all technology was as stable and reliable as the good old BV5.  I love those TV's. Never a single problem apart from the odd blocked fan which sucked up dust from the floor. A quick hoover out and they'd be back working again with no complaints...

Thanks. How did they evolve? If you get an HD version let me know.

Completely underestimated by me in the past, and with the Avant's soundYes - thumbs up

Must be the old Avant chassis with service menu.

Must be something like menu, settings, than the famous 0+0+go, counters.
