I see B&O Dublin have posted an invite for launch of new product on the 21st.  Any ideas?

Definitely the A1!

It was announced (to my dealer) for the 15th - I'll have to ask him again.

But don't expect to be able to buy it untill later - my dealer said that he would get one (1) for display ;-(

A guy called TrapViking (on Twitter) claims to have heard it already.

True, forgot about the A1. Not my cup of tea (even though I like the design)...

I saw the Beosound 35 last week at an event here in the US. I liked it very much. Looks better in person, in my opinion, than in photos.

A dealer would not do an invite for a 200 to 300$ product

it should be TV and maybe A1 on top, plus showing whats already announced but not yet in stores

Surely it's the beosound 35. It's due for release any time and worthy of a launch event.

The BS35 has been in the shops in DK for a while - but only samples for display, not for sale yet.

I saw it in The B&O Shop on Hanover Square in London - really lovely in person and sounds utterly stunning - it does throw the sound left and right as they say (well, they write it more eloquently than I have)!

I also heard the BS35 recently and didn't find the sound impressive at all. I questioned it at the time with the dealer suggesting it might be reproducing a low quality source to begin with from their phone/tablet. I couldn't honestly believe B&O could get sound wrong when it such a speciality for them historically. Very disappointing either way as I was hoping to buy one. Demos and getting them right are so vitally important, first impressions etc.

B&O products are V1-32, BS2, H95, E8 and an Essence remote.
11-46 now replaced with Sony A90J 65”, Sony HT-A9, Sony UBP-X800M2 and Sony SRS-NS7.

It looks wayyyyy better in the metal than in the pictures. I was expecting it to be more heavy - the design is rather lighter.

I didn't go in to the showroom - it didn't feel that friendly and j had to rush to make the tour bus. Was too busy gas bagging lol.

I am not surprised.

It is pretty much the size of a BL7-1 with fewer and smaller speaker, and way less power, now designated as Class D amplifiers.

Bye bye IcePower Sad

Tinny sounding, empty with no punch at all to my ears. Bass was feeble with way too much emphasis on treble. Didn't catch my attention at all, not even for a minute. The BL17s however, which I also listened to, were very impressive indeed. A much fuller, rounder and warmer sound with plenty of bass. I can't even imagine using the BL3500 as a sound bar; very poor effort in my opinion but I accept it could have been the source so it'll be interesting to note other people's views.

We can rebuild him...we have the technology.

I wonder if that's the source. When I finally used my unused BL3 with the avant and had the opportunity to change the settings now I realise how good they are. Before that i was like meh

I wasn't that impressed either. It's never a "sound system" but more just

a revamped Beolab 3500 that streams Spotify.

Good on a kitchen wall maybe, but no better than a Beolit 15 in my opinion.

Beosound Stage, Beovision 8-40, Beolit 20, Beosound Explore.
