I just received a message from Facebook stating that my "Friend" Bang & Olufsen, is now "Friend" with my other "Friend" Spotify...
I just wonder if we can infer that the BS5 and other products will soon support Spotify?

Seems to indicate that it may come soon... I wish that it will be available in the Encore, not only the BS5...
On a side note, Sonos is now compatible with Qobuz, which makes it the first system compatible with all 3 major streaming services. (and it's the first time a device other than a computer/smartphone is Qobuz-enabled)

Actually I now realised the "Bang & Olufsen" that friended "Spotify" wasn't the official B&O, but a retailer. Spotify isn't really difficult to implement and B&O should really do it - sooner rather than late.
Ok, false alarm... Maybe in 10 years it will happen
Maybe its more for the B&O Play range guys! B&O are keen on Spotify as the BeoLit 12 has 4 Spotify playlists. I messaged their FaceBook site to request the same for the A8. They didn't even have the decency to reply. HOW VERY RUDE of B&O!!! So much for good PR with future customers! Not very good really is it!
Paul W:BeoLit 12 has 4 Spotify playlists
I am not sure what it means for the Beolit to have Spotify playlist? Can you elaborate?
Yes sorry Phil. I just meant that there are 4 Spotify playlists on the BeoPlay.com website under the BeoLit 12 section :)
I’m not sure either. Beolit has Airplay, and Spotify supports Airplay from any iOS device. What’s your point, Paul?
Im just pointing out that B&O are obviously keen supporters and user of Spotify for them to make playlists for their website so with any hope you BANG&OLUFSEN guys make get ur Spotify on the BS5 :)
Yes, that would be a killer feature, wouldn't it? But using the scroll wheel to search 15 million songs, is that feasible? Adding a Playmaker to your A.AUX seems a lot easier.
