I have a 55" Avant on a floor stand but I have recently been getting curious about the wall mount instead. I like the ability to move the avant around and I believe the wall mount works very well for this as well but perhaps not moving out as much as the floor stand does? I'd probably like the wall mount since there is no foot to trip over (at least I imagine that someone might). But of course a problem is that it requires a quite big fixed installation on the wall and perhaps the wall won't hold the weight properly? I can't decide how I like the look with/without the stand but I think the TV look slimmer on the wall without the stand - which would mean that I get a more relaxed look at home instead of the spaced tech look. What do you think?

I personally prefer the wall mounting option as the cable management on the stand looks ,for me, a bit compromised to allow for the slack required for rotation.
