My A9 won't switch on

I unplugged my A9 before I went away on vacation, I have plugged it back in and now it won't power up, I have tried other sockets and changed the cord but I think there is an issue with the speaker itself. Has any one else had any similar problems???

Did you press the power button that's sort of hidden in the area where you plug the powe cord in ? There's a power button there and it's hidden.
