A2 will not recharge

After using my new A2 for a 4-5 hours on the battery charge that it arrived with, I attempted to charge it using the provided charger.  The light near the DC-IN port does not light.  The unit does not turn on or otherwise provide any indication of operating.  I think that there is something wrong with the provided charger.  Anyone else have this problem?

We have two A2s and we have not had your problem.

Does the unit still power on (light near the power on switch should glow) and go "pop pop" to indicate it's made a connection ?

Did you use the BeoPlay App to setup your A2 and is it still connecting and what is the A2's battery level that it is reporting ?

If the answer to all the above is "no" I would report it to B&O as effectively DOA and ask for a replacement rather than a repair.
