Help please

I was using my BV10 earlier watching Iplayer via Apple TV and it was fine.

I have just switched it on again and there is no picture.

There is sound from the internal tuner and external sources.

I can see the screen lighting from the back.

Have I inadvertently turned of the screen or is this more serious?

Thanks

Check all connections. Select Menu to reveal what the TV is trying to tune in to.

Check that you are on a TV source rather than radio.

If your Beo4 has a P.Mute option under 'List' check that you have not selected it.

Sometimes the internal tuners do strange things (same as external Freeview box) so powering off and a brief disonnection from the mains may resolve things.

Thank you. I had wondered if I had accidentally triggered p-mute, but I don't think it is on my remote.

I disconnected the TV for over an hour. The screen is completely black and BANG & OLUFSEN did not appear on switch on.

I spoke to my SA he is arranging an engineer; he thinks the screen has failed.

I have witnessed a few of these and it's normally a PCB that needs replacing and not the screen

The technical name is PCB.15 MEMC (FRC) board. Hope that's all it is!

Thank you; I believe that is what the engineers are anticipating
