Help please

I was using my BV10 earlier watching Iplayer via Apple TV and it was fine.

I have just switched it on again and there is no picture.

There is sound from the internal tuner and external sources.

I can see the screen lighting from the back.

 

Have I inadvertently turned of the screen or is this more serious?
