Hello, I own a BeoSound Moment that is unfortunately causing me a bit of trouble. It worked perfectly with a static IP (Ethernet connection) before changing the router and the network (from 192.168.3.x to 192.168.4.x). I had to reset it to factory defaults (as indicated in the user manual when it's moved to a different network) and in the control panel of my router I see that the "base" of the Moment is correctly assigned an IP address on the 192.168.4.x network. I can ping that IP. Unfortunately the Jukebox tablet keeps asking me to connect it to the network: I insert my wireless password but it doesn't work, then it asks me to remove the cover on the back of the "base" and press the button on the right (its led is white and not blinking) to start the "association", but that doesn't work either. The never ending "connect to wireless" and "associate" cycle doesn't stop and I can't use the unit. Do i need to open specific ports in the router or .... something, what am I doing wrong? All the other devices, including B&O speakers in my house, are working perfectly connected to the same wireless or ethernet network. Thank you :)
Hello and welcome.
Take the tablet in your hands and do a 15 seconds pin reset with a paperclip inside the little hole above.
Next, place the tablet again on the hub and it will restart.
