Hi,

I have installed a pair of Beolink Wireless 1 in my house. Although they are quite close together the audio signal cuts out all the time. I suspect the devices are set to auto and jump radio channels (there are a lot of wireless networks around me). How do i hardcode the wireless channel on the Beolink Wireless?

Thanks,

Koert

To my knowledge, the latest sw allows the wireless 1 to be set to either channel 1, 6, 9 or Auto.

How that is done, I´m not sure.

Note also that they need to be at least 5 meters apart according to the manual.

This is true, it can only be set using the B&O service tool. A paid for service by your local service agent.
