Hi my beosound 9k has cd mechanism some way locked. Sensors are cleaned. If try change cd to another it want go but something kip the mech on the place. Current cd is playing.

Wanted to check errors but cant go to test modes with beo4. Speakers beolab 2500 are connected. Beosound is operated via remote but can anybody tell me step by step how to go in TM? Thanks for replay.

Some people say b&o is the same like samsung because beovision has samsung monitor in.    But different everything else without sockt maybe and wire.

Try to play a cd on position 1. Then when playing, push the CD2 button next to CD2.

Normally CD1 has to be set back in its position, then the sledge travels to the second position. If the CD1 is placed bacjk in its position but the sledge doesn't move to CD2, shut off the main power (red button). If you then are able to move the sledge by hand, then you know it has a problem with the fingerprotection. Mind that when the BS900 is placed vertiical, the sledge can drop/fall to the bottom position (and you don't want to!)

If the CD1 isn't set back in its position, then a faulty motor inside the sledge can be the culpritt.
